Gino is the founder and President of Alari Search and has 16 years of recruiting experience. His favorite part about being a headhunter is building relationships with talented finance professionals and clients. In his personal time, he enjoys soccer, golf, and traveling with his family.
Jen Sperry
Jen has been in the recruiting and staffing space for over 18 years and specializes in the accounting and finance industry. Her favorite part about her job is getting to network, meet new people, and connect them with great opportunities. Jen has 2 boys that keep her and her husband Matt busy on the weekends with sports. When she’s not working, she likes to cook, workout, and travel with her family.
Derek Pope
Derek is the Director of Executive Search at Alari. Derek brings over 20 years of recruiting experience and corporate client management expertise to the team. Outside of work, Derek enjoys spending time with his wife and their two sons.
Eric Jenkins
Eric joined Alari Search a year ago and has been in the recruiting space for over 10 years on the technology side. He enjoys building strong, lasting relationships with his clients and accounting and finance professionals. In his personal time he enjoys playing golf, traveling around the world, and spending time with his wife and 2 kids.
Melissa Uremovich
Melissa specializes in placing Accounting and Finance professionals, primarily in Chicago and Cleveland. She has more than 10 years of experience in the industry. She and her husband live in a small town with our two kids, two puppies, pig, and chickens.
